By using earmagic.com or buying our products, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. We may update these terms; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent change, and your continued use after an update means you accept the change.

2. Product information

Ear Magic Ear Drops is a cosmetic product designed for routine post-water use. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have ongoing ear pain, fluid, hearing changes, or other concerns, please see a clinician. External use only.

We do our best to keep product descriptions, photos, and pricing accurate, but occasionally errors occur. We reserve the right to correct any error and to refuse or cancel any order based on incorrect information.

3. Orders & payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept your offer when we ship the product. Until then, we may cancel an order for any reason (e.g., suspected fraud, stock issues, pricing errors). Payment is processed by a third-party processor; we do not store full card numbers.

4. Shipping

We ship within the United States. Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout and are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier accepts the package.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

All content on this site — the Ear Magic name and logo, product photography, copy, and design — is owned by Ear Magic and protected by intellectual property law. You may not use it for commercial purposes without permission.

The site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ear Magic's total liability arising out of or relating to these terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
