Refund Policy

30-day return window
If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. We want you to feel good about your purchase.
Conditions
- The product must be in resellable condition — unopened, or no more than lightly used, in its original packaging.
- You'll need your order number or the email address used at checkout.
- Returns started after 30 days from delivery aren't eligible for a refund.
How to start a return
Email hello@earmagic.com with your order number and a brief note about why you're returning. We'll reply within two business days with a return address and instructions.
Shipping
You're responsible for return shipping unless the product arrived damaged or we sent the wrong item — in which case we'll cover it. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund timing
Once we receive the return and confirm its condition, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to post it.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@earmagic.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund — no return shipping required.
