The product
Is Ear Magic a medical product?
No. Ear Magic is a cosmetic product designed for routine post-water use. It's not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. If you have ongoing ear pain, fluid, hearing changes, or any other concerns, please see a clinician.
What's in the bottle?
A short list of considered actives in a skin- and ear-canal-friendly base. No harsh detergents, no artificial fragrance or dyes, no unnecessary fillers, no animal testing. The full ingredient list lives on the bottle and on the product page.
How long does one bottle last?
It depends on how often you're in the water. For someone using a few drops in each ear after every session, a 1 FL OZ (30 mL) bottle typically lasts six to eight weeks of daily use.
Why a dropper instead of a spray?
The dropper gives you precise control over how much product goes into the ear, with no propellants and no airborne mist. It's quieter, simpler, and friendlier for a small bathroom shelf or a kit bag.
In your routine
How often should I use it?
It's built for daily, repeat use, after every water session. Tilt your head, a few drops in each ear, hold for a moment, and you're done.
Does it sting?
No. The formulation is designed for the ear canal and most people barely feel it. If you have any active irritation or broken skin, hold off until the skin settles.
Do I need to dry off first?
No drying required. Use it right after you're out, at the pool deck, beach shower, locker room, or bathroom. Tilt, apply, move on.
Can kids use it?
Ear Magic is formulated for general adult use. For young children, we recommend checking with your pediatrician first. Kids' ears are different, and individual situations vary.
Will this fix swimmer's ear?
Ear Magic is a daily-use cosmetic ear care product, not a treatment for swimmer's ear or any infection. If you think you have an infection (pain, drainage, or hearing changes), please see a clinician. We can be part of the routine that helps your ears feel cared for, not a substitute for medical care.

How does shipping work?
We're a small-batch operation based on the California coast. Standard US shipping is free; international rates are calculated at checkout. Most orders ship within two business days.
What if I don't love it?
We offer a 30-day return window. Email hello@ear-magic.com and we'll make it right. Full terms live on our refund policy page.
How should I store the bottle?
Room temperature, out of direct sun. The cobalt-blue glass blocks light, so the bathroom shelf or a kit bag is fine. Keep the cap closed when not in use.
